Burnout — The Pendulum Effect

Everywhere I look, I see burnout. Over-doing, over-thinking, over-giving, over-extending & it comes at a cost! To our health, hormones, livelihood, relationships, goals & desires. 

This month we explore a fresh perspective on how to better understand our energies & reclaim our vitality. 

As with most things in life, there is a spectrum of burnout. I am not giving medical advice, nor proclaiming to have the answers to any health issues. I am offering a conversation around taking leadership of our energy.

  • If I was born worthy, who might I be?

  • If I knew that no matter what I would be ok, what might change?

  • What can I stop doing because I know I will be ok?

  • Do I identify as a Leader?

  • If not, what identity am I chasing?

  • What can I celebrate that I already have?

  • What am I already grateful for?

  • Observe, which energy is out of balance in my life?

  • What can I reclaim leadership over in my life?
