Embodied Leaders Contract

This document describes and seals the container created by Elizabeth Charlotte Whiting (herein referred to as "LILA") and the CLIENT.

The Embodied Leaders Program will officially begin on 16 March 2023 and complete 25 May 2023. CLIENT has agreed to pay initial 1st payment of £950 and agrees to pay the remaining 2 instalments within the interim &/or duration of the course in full. No refund will be given for the 1st payment or any payments regardless of if/when cancellation takes place.

PAYMENT

The cost of the programme is £2,700 which will be paid in full or instalments as agreed above. CLIENT has agreed to fulfil all payments.

REFUNDS

CLIENT is responsible for full payment of Fees and Services, regardless of whether CLIENT attends and completes the programme or not.

SERVICES

LILA agrees to provide mentorship services in the form of a 10 week Embodied Leaders Program (herein referred to as the "Services"). CLIENT agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

This Agreement is considered a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any information learned by either party during discussions, or otherwise, throughout the Term of these Services. Both Parties agree that any and all Confidential Information learned as of the Effective Date shall survive the termination, revocation, or expiration of this Agreement.

RESULTS

There is no guarantee that I will achieve any EXACT results using the techniques and ideas provided in connection with the Services. This course does not result in a certificate, accreditation, or registration with any governing body. All information provided in connection with the Services is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only, for a general audience, and not as specific advice intended for an individual or business.

SELF SOVEREIGNTY

I accept complete and full responsibility for my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. All participation is voluntary and it is my responsibility to speak to LILA if I feel in mental, emotional or physical distress or am incapable of attending or participating in any aspect of the programme. None of the information provided in connection with the Services shall be construed as medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

LIABILITY

In exchange for participation in the program, I hereby release and waive LILA from liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses associated with my participation, use of, delay in using, or inability to use the Services. I also acknowledge and agree to the following: I assume all responsibilities and obligations with respect to any decisions, advice, conclusions or recommendations made or given as a result of the use of the Services. I assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Services.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

CLIENT shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or private regarding LILA. LILA shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or in private regarding the CLIENT.

DISCLAIMER

CLIENT understands that LILA is not an agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, lawyer, therapist, or any other licensed or registered professional. Mentoring, which is not directive advice, counselling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in CLIENT's life or profession. Mentoring services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategising, asking clarifying questions, and providing model examples and skills training. LILA promises that all information provided by CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law. CLIENT understands LILA is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, registered dietician, psychotherapist, nutritionist, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional.

COUNTERPARTS

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts (including by means of electronic mail via google form), each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
